Red Dragon Adoptable

The rules are the same as last time:
-Please use the adoptable, and maybe link me to the picture of him you make. Don't waste him.
-Give me credit for him in the first picture you make, but don't worry about it after that!
-You can make some changes (jewelery, markings, etc.) to him, but please don't stray too far from the original design.
-Don't steal my art, copy the design onto your own character, or resell him once you get him.
-I don't do refunds. Make sure you really want him and have a use for him before spending points on him.
-I will hold him, but only for 7 days (a week). After that, he can be bought by anyone else again.
-If I don't receive my points in 48 hours, I'll sell him to somebody else.
-He costs 15. I won't lower the price or accept art trades.
-Type Applesauce in your comment to show that you read the rules (don't ask how I came up with applesauce. I'm not too sure myself)

I have an alternate version of him with purple eyes and cyan 'fins', if anybody wants to see it.
